- 1 dozen pretzel twists (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Pink or red sprinkles (or both)
- Optional: a pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate: Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler, heating in short bursts of 20-30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip the pretzels: Dip each pretzel into the melted chocolate, using a fork to coat evenly and let excess chocolate drip off.
- Add sprinkles: While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle the pink or red sprinkles on top and add a pinch of sea salt if desired.
- Set the pretzels: Place the pretzels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them sit until the chocolate hardens, or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve or store: Once set, enjoy your Valentine’s Pretzels or store them in an airtight container.
