Description

Sweet and salty Valentine’s Pretzels, perfect for sharing love and joy, easily customizable with toppings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 dozen pretzel twists (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Pink or red sprinkles (or both)
  • Optional: a pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate: Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler, heating in short bursts of 20-30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Dip the pretzels: Dip each pretzel into the melted chocolate, using a fork to coat evenly and let excess chocolate drip off.
  3. Add sprinkles: While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle the pink or red sprinkles on top and add a pinch of sea salt if desired.
  4. Set the pretzels: Place the pretzels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them sit until the chocolate hardens, or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Serve or store: Once set, enjoy your Valentine’s Pretzels or store them in an airtight container.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
