Taco Cups are a fun and delicious combination of seasoned ground beef in crispy wonton wrappers, perfect for parties or weeknight dinners.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 20 wonton wrappers
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Sour cream (for serving)
- Salsa (for serving)
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning to the ground beef and mix well.
- Take the wonton wrappers and gently press them into the cups of a muffin tin.
- Fill each wonton wrapper with the seasoned ground beef and top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the wontons are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve with sour cream, salsa, and garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
Quality ingredients matter – choose lean ground beef and fresh toppings. Customize with different cheeses or a vegetarian filling using black beans or lentils.
