Crispy and creamy Mini Jalapeno Popper Egg Rolls make the perfect snack or appetizer for any gathering.
Ingredients
- Egg roll wrappers
- Jalapenos, diced
- Cream cheese
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the diced jalapenos, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and place a spoonful of the jalapeno mixture in the center.
- Fold the bottom of the wrapper over the filling, then fold the sides in and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
Notes
Serve with ranch dressing or spicy mayo for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
