Description

Crispy and creamy Mini Jalapeno Popper Egg Rolls make the perfect snack or appetizer for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • Egg roll wrappers
  • Jalapenos, diced
  • Cream cheese
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the diced jalapenos, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and place a spoonful of the jalapeno mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the bottom of the wrapper over the filling, then fold the sides in and roll tightly.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.

Notes

Serve with ranch dressing or spicy mayo for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
