- 1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 7-8 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add diced tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, cover with the sauce, and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
