Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup grape jelly
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
  2. In a slow cooker, mix grape jelly and barbecue sauce until well combined.
  3. Add the meatballs to the slow cooker and stir to coat them in the sauce.
  4. Cook on low for 240-360 minutes or high for 120-180 minutes, until meatballs are cooked through.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding minced garlic or chopped onions to the meatball mixture. If you prefer a bit of heat, add hot sauce or red pepper flakes to the sauce.
