- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can biscuit dough
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dipping sauces of choice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the biscuit dough package instructions.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper; cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Roll out the biscuit dough and cut each piece into smaller circles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each circle, fold over, and pinch to seal.
- Place on a baking sheet and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake for the time indicated on the biscuit packaging or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
For best flavor, use high-quality ground beef. Use a little flour to prevent sticking when sealing the bombs.
