Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are warm, cheesy bites that bring all the flavors of a cheeseburger in a fun form. Ideal for parties or quick snacks!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dipping sauces of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the biscuit dough package instructions.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper; cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Roll out the biscuit dough and cut each piece into smaller circles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each circle, fold over, and pinch to seal.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for the time indicated on the biscuit packaging or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

For best flavor, use high-quality ground beef. Use a little flour to prevent sticking when sealing the bombs.
