Description

A simple yet delicious baked chicken breast recipe flavored with garlic and butter, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over them, ensuring they’re well coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For even more flavor, marinate the chicken breasts in the garlic butter mixture for 30 minutes to a couple of hours before baking.
