Description

A creamy and spicy dip made with shredded chicken and buffalo sauce, perfect for parties and game days.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese if you’re using it.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
