- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese if you’re using it.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions and serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
