- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 12 oz angel hair pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, and chicken broth. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the cream cheese to the crock pot and stir until melted and combined.
- Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions.
- Serve the creamy chicken mixture over the pasta, and garnish with chopped parsley.
