Description

A delightful snack that combines creamy cheese with the tangy crunch of pickles, perfect for appetizers or parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup finely chopped dill pickles
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs (optional, for extra crisp)
  • Nonstick spray or parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray it with nonstick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped pickles, garlic powder, and breadcrumbs (if using). Mix well.
  3. Form small balls or bite-sized portions of the mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese bites are golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For an even crispier texture, consider adding cornstarch to the cheese mixture. Serve warm with dipping sauces like ranch dressing, honey mustard, or spicy aioli.
