Description

A comforting and creamy Chicken Alfredo Pasta that brings a taste of Italy to your kitchen, perfect for family dinners or date nights.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add cooked chicken and toss to coat.
  6. Mix in the fettuccine pasta until well combined.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.

Notes

For an even creamier sauce, add a little cream cheese while it simmers. This dish can also be made vegetarian by omitting the chicken and adding more veggies.
