- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked chicken and toss to coat.
- Mix in the fettuccine pasta until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
Notes
For an even creamier sauce, add a little cream cheese while it simmers. This dish can also be made vegetarian by omitting the chicken and adding more veggies.
