Description

A spicy, creamy dip perfect for game days and parties, made with shredded chicken, cream cheese, and buffalo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie works best)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to your spice level)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: Chopped green onions or crumbled blue cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions or crumbled blue cheese, if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, celery sticks, or carrot sticks.

Notes

For an extra creamy dip, mix in an additional ounce of cream cheese. Adjust the buffalo sauce to match your preferred spice level.
