- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup American cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slider buns
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with diced onions over medium heat until browned; drain the fat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- On a baking sheet, layer slider buns and place the beef mixture on top.
- Add mustard, ketchup, and mayonnaise to the beef.
- Top with pickles, shredded lettuce, and American cheese.
- Place the top half of the buns on and bake for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For added flavor, mix some chopped pickles into the beef mixture before layering. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
