Description

Enjoy the classic Big Mac flavors in a fun and tasty slider version, perfect for parties or family dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup American cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef with diced onions over medium heat until browned; drain the fat.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. On a baking sheet, layer slider buns and place the beef mixture on top.
  5. Add mustard, ketchup, and mayonnaise to the beef.
  6. Top with pickles, shredded lettuce, and American cheese.
  7. Place the top half of the buns on and bake for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, mix some chopped pickles into the beef mixture before layering. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
